Thank you for being a patient at Billings Clinic. We are writing to let you know about some exciting upcoming changes to our Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility program coming March 2023. We have partnered with Innovation Fertility, a national expert in fertility care with clinics across the nation, to combine the expertise of both organizations. This will bring a few changes to our services that you should know about. You will continue to see many of the same caring and skilled providers and staff, including your doctors, physician assistants, and nurses you’ve gotten to know, but there may also be some new faces because of this new partnership.

• Our clinic in Billings will move to a new space at 3319 Gabel Road, Suite 101, in March 2023 and most patient care will move there at that time. Remodels are in progress to create a welcoming, patient-focused atmosphere and are expected be completed by this spring. Staff are learning new workflows and systems for this change, and we ask for your patience until then.

• We are building a new Bozeman clinic space on West Oak Street. This should open in late 2023. Services will stay at our current location until then.

• Once the Bozeman location is open, all retrieval procedures will be performed in Bozeman. Patients can receive all other services (including transfers) at either location. Until then, we will continue to perform retrievals at the Surgery Center on the Billings campus.
